We really enjoyed the buffet lots of options, food was really good, fruit was fresh, tea was perfect. They were very busy the day we went in which can be expected being it was a Saturday night but only my complaint was trying to get crab legs there was line to get them and they only bring one pan out at a time which means if there’s people in front of you they’d clean it out and by the time it’s your turn there is nothing left so you have to wait 20 minutes before another pan is brought out. I don’t feel that’s enough to bring there score down for me they just need to be able to accommodate their crowds on weekends. Price was fair for what you get we made sure to fill our bellies FULL we were there for 2.5 hrs. We will be back again 😋

Food was excellent as usual. But this was my first time to go on a Friday night. So I didn’t get to have any crab legs, because they had run out, and did not get get my chocolate covered vanilla ice cream, because they had run out. But they did have the little orange scallop shells filed with shrimp and scallops, which is my favorite. But, I think it will be best to go on a weekday next time.

Overall, I had a good experience at Ocean Grill. The buffet had a lot of options, and most of the food was fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was clean. The only issue was that the crawfish weren’t cleaned as well as I expected, which took away from the experience a little. Because of that, I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars. I would still come back and try it again.

First time visiting was today and took a friend for lunch. They have the largest buffet I have ever seen All you can eat price. Plenty of food choices to pick from to choose anyone's pallet. I took many photos to give you a view of what it's like inside. Our waitress was excellent and very timely and efficient. Others came by also in case there was any issues or just in case my guest and I needed anything What more could you ask for.

We came to Ocean Buffet in Virginia Beach last minute, and it ended up being one of the best buffet experiences we’ve had. They even allowed us to walk around and check everything out first, which already made a great impression. Right away, we noticed how many options they had compared to other buffets. The crab selection was impressive, with crab legs, blue crab, and horseshoe crab all available. When I saw dragon fruit in the fruit section, I knew this buffet was on a different level. Their seafood boil was amazing and tasted just like a seafood boil restaurant, except it was all you can eat. Everything was fresh, the staff was super kind, our waitress was quick with refills and clearing plates, and the owner herself was very welcoming and open to hearing ideas for improvement. 10/10 experience. We will definitely be coming back regularly.
